Refund and Return Policy for Author K Webster LLC

At Author K Webster LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:


1. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloadables)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered.

2. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Signed books, special editions, collector’s items, or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Process for Returns

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
