Thank you for shopping with Author K Webster LLC. Below you will find our shipping guidelines and expectations.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed on Mondays (holidays).
During high-volume periods (book releases, holidays, special sales), processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free for the US. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight/size, or selected shipping method.
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
International shipping can take up to a month for delivery.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times will vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

5. Pre-Orders & Special Editions

Pre-ordered and special edition items may have longer fulfillment times. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact us at authorkwebster@gmail.com and we will assist when possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at authorkwebster@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
